Ron was super rude the entire time he had my vehicle, which I brought there to get the starter replaced that was covered under my warranty and called me two separate times saying that the starter worked just fine and to come pick up my car because there was nothing he could do. I’ve brought my car here four times and every time I’ve been very satisfied. We all care about two things when car work is needed... The price & how long is it takes to get quality service. They’ve done right by me - Thanks again Oleg. I’ll be seeing ya when I need a hand.
Terrible customer service with arrogant manager (Oleg) Went to Canaan fuels’ (Ron’s Service Center) in Mansfield for a simple oil change. The guys overfilled the oil which resulted later evening for my car to prompt the message ‘Reduce Oil Level’. I went to them next morning and asked for a check up and Oleg (the guy running the place) told me that sometimes the oil level just fluctuates and wait if the car prompts this message again.
