Ever since Mike left this place, the services they used to provide has diminished. Unfortunately, probably due to a bad experience with a previous customer, they are refusing to even diagnose vehicles. This service used to be done free of charge from mike who we considered a family friend. Mike took care of every issue with professionalism and care, this customer service no longer exists. Ron was super rude the entire time he had my vehicle, which I brought there to get the starter replaced that was covered under my warranty and called me two separate times saying that the starter worked just fine and to come pick up my car because there was nothing he could do. So I show up to get my car, and of course it won’t start and now that I already returned my rental that wasn’t paid, for.
