Very responsive. Did good work. Price was acceptable. Looked for a water leak, found it, made appropriate suggestions, and replaced a water heater. Technician was fast, friendly, and did a good job. Very satisfied.
They saved the day for us when we needed to bend some thin gauge metal for a home repair. Everyone from the staff in the shop to the people in the office were very nice.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever had to deal with. I have been without my geothermal unit for 6 weeks. It has taken over 4 trips to my home. The couldn’t even isolate the proper breaker to shut the unit off (which was clearly marked). I ended up taking a cold shower because of their incompetence. There is a ton of inconsistencies in information related to me. Now the contractor is demanding payment and will not finish the job. My best is to pick a different contractor.
