This guy has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He is so rude and doesn't know how to answer questions. If you try to schedule his answer to everything is, I don't know. Why even answer the phone?his wife was nice but he never called us back so I am posting a review about his know customer service which you can read throughout all reviews!
These guys are amazing. I called on a Sunday morning, not expecting to be walked through exactly how to fix my unit. I could tell he was at another job and he said he was booked all day but maybe he could walk me through it. Thanks so much for your help!
5 Stars – Highly Recommended! We had an urgent RV issue—busted water pipe caused by a flat tire—while traveling as a busy family always on the move. Ron came through the same day, which was a lifesaver! His pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the fast response and quality of work. Did an excellent job at a very difficult piece of work.
Got into the campground and found that my hot water heater was not working. Called Ron and he was there within a half hour and took care of the issue. Thanks Ron. Highly recommend Ron for any of your RV needs.
