Did not show up for a scheduled appointment made weeks in advance. We did not receive a phone call stating why a person would not show up. We called to confirem appointment. Stayed home all morning for the appointment that was scheduled from 9-12, made two phones calls to the store and finally had a call back at 4:30 in the afternoon stating why they did not arrive today. That would have been nice to know the day before.
We used Ron's for the purchase and installation of a Mendota Fireplace Insert. They were professional, courteous and on time. The logs are beautiful and really keep the house warm. Great company!
Over charged for inspection and bad fireplace cleanup.
