Great customer service. New to the area and needed new tires and alignment. Looked up places close and read reviews. Called for pricing and went in. Had great customer service and kept me updated on the progress of the car being done on a very busy day. Thank you
The people there are ignorant. Act like you own them a favor. There used tires are a rip off. You can by new ones for a few extra dollars. Three J’S in Aston is a much more professional place. I would never go back to Ron’s.
Awful experience they could not figure out what was wrong with air conditioning issue told me pressure switch was bad charged me 230 dollars for a 30 dollar part plus 2 hours labor and that still did not fix issue. 430 dollars later they Ended up telling me they believe controller was bad and would be 10 hours labor plus parts so I took truck back.... I ended up troubleshooting problem which I didn’t want to do and changing out blower resistor and it fixed issue I’m pretty sure pressure switch wasn’t bad.... total waste of m... read more

Bad experience. Truck went in with no start diagnosis. They told my husband in order to fix truck he would need to replace timing components, timing chain kit, then called saying they needed to replace oil pan gasket. At no time still did they say to him these services may not fix truck. 1500 later truck is done. I mean done like not drivable. We couldn't even drive it to a dealership but still had to pay. I understand labor needed to be paid for but thought they would have cut us some slack since they gave us back a truck y... read more

I got a price to install 2 tires on my truck. I have 3 trucks. Been buying tires all my life. This guy tried to charge me an extra $30.00 per tire to clean up the edge and apply bead sealant to install my tire. In my opinion that is ridiculous. (Now I know they sometimes charge extra if I put fix a flat or slime in a tire and would understand) but this is an "extra" as they said and not part of a standard mount and balance. I called on Monday around noon looking for a specific tire with quotes. Ron's was the only one able to get them and get them within 2 hours! I could have had them mounted or just take them home. I live an hour away. By 3 I was on my way home with my new tires. Great service!! On time as promised. Friendly people. Good prices!! Definately my place for tires! I highly recommend them.
Stopped in to see how much and how quick the guys at Ron's could replace a stem on a tire for a riding tractor. In and out in 10 minutes. Plus the guys didn't charge me for the work since I am a volunteer Firefighter (I didn't bring that fact up). The guys working "Thanked" me for my service. The quick work and the "Thanks" was very much appreciated.
