Amazing experience - prime example of delivering above and beyond ! Quick turn around to accomodate a busy schedule. Showed up in time. Very friendly, professional and considerate staff. Cleaned up all ducts. Our service only covered 2 bathroom exhaust, I had 4 - they didn't even ask a single question and cleaned all 4 without charging extra ! Simply unreal how they treated us. Every business should take a page from this and learn. Very very satisfied and happy overall !
