I left on a road trip from Syracuse to NYC and quickly realized my wiper fluid was frozen. Happened to pull off of 81 and was directed by a nice police officer to Ron's shop. I was greated with a welcome and an offer to fix the problem right away. A half hour later I was on the road again and paid much less than expected for the service. Thank you! You guys were great 👍
Today my truck wouldn’t start while I was on a homecare visit. I had to call AAA. Your truck came out to assist. Chester your driver was wonderful. It was minus twenty some windchill and he did all he could to help me. He towed me to the dealer. He was right, it needed a starter. I really appreciate his help and how kind and considerate he was. Very professional and supportive during my “stressful situation”. THANKS SO MUCH
I took my car to Ron's because someone keyed the whole side of my car. They were very pleasant and I highly recommend them.The work was done in a very timely manner..It was an insurance claim...They handled everything! They gave me a free loaner vehicle..They even cleaned the inside of my car!! Excellent people and place!! I also purchased 4 snow tires while my car was with them..So happy with everything!! My car looks great and I give them A+ and would go back ..100% satisfied !!!!
I had a flat tire on the way back to Canada after Spring Break. I called AAA and Josh#1 of Ron's Body & Paint arrived to help. AAA had suggested that I would need to be towed 90 miles but Josh was a real problem solver - he suggested a much better solution. He received permission to go to the shop in Cortland, found a second hand tire that fit, took off the ruined tire, and put the good tire on in a half hour. I was on the road in no time. Ron's was great last night ..i along with 2 other cara were stuck on Webb rd in Virgil... They got us out and back home safe... Thanks...
On our way down to North Carolina our car stopped accelerating on the highway. Fortunately we were able to drive far enough to reach Ron's. What a blessing! They got us in (even though we knew they were incredibly busy). They had us fixed and back on the road in no time. Amazing people! Amazing shop! Everyone do yourself a favor and look no further...you have found the right place and people to entrust with your vehicle.
