I took my car to a Major dealership in Plainville. My car was tested and diagnosed with a waterpump replacement and which would cost me over $1K. A family friend recommended I call Ron's shop. After a short phone call I had quote for under $500 dollars for the same repair. I dropped the car off and got a call the next morning informing me that I didn't need a water pump and that I only needed a minor repair that was around $200. Ron is honest, fair and deserves your business. I look forward to working with him again.
It's great knowing that if I have a car problem -- or even THINK I have a car problem -- Ron's Automotive is there to diagnose and fix it. I trust Ron's judgment and honesty and would buy a used car from him in a heartbeat...that is, if I needed one! Best mechanic in town. Ron and his staff are friendly and really know their stuff. Forget about that service station at the dealership, Ron's is where your car needs to be. Highly recommended!
Met Ron a number of years ago and instantly hit it off. Great guy and treats you like he's known you forever. Used to take my vehicles to the company he used to work for but had to follow him when he opened his own place.
Great shop. Ron treats his customers like family and goes the extra mile to make sure they're happy. Knowledgeable and fair. I'll be taking my vehicles to Ron from here on out.
I can't say enough how incredible the staff at Ron's is. Professional, they treat their customers with so much respect. Friendly, fast, flexible & efficient, they've helped us out twice in the past week & we're so grateful to have them as our shop. Will recommend them to everyone!
