This is an awesome team, extremely trustworthy, customer first mindset and clear communication when discussing your car requirements. Everything you want in mechanic.
The lady in the Reception is rude and incompetent. Took my daughters car for a simple repair. They kept the car just sitting there for 5 month. Kept braking the parts. And when We call for updates, all we got was excuses and rudness. After 5 month, we end up going to consumer affairs. It was then that they decided to call us to pick up the car, they charged us as the job was completed only to find out that they mess the car even worse that we might need a new motor. Dont take your car to this place. You will regret it.
They serviced my daughter's car in December. She has struggled to find anyone reliable and/or honest in Warragul (certainly NOT Repco). Ron and his wife were always friendly and honest. No wonder they get such great reviews. Highly recommend, especially for females without the support of people who are mechanicaly minded.
