Knowledgeable, great communication, flexible scheduling, excellent service. I needed my windshield replaced in my 70s pickup truck that I use as my daily driver. I was struggling to find anyone who was willing to replace it, and replacement from a local shop went poorly. When I called Ron, he knew exactly what went wrong with the last windshield repair company and was willing to fix it. I filed a claim through my insurance and filled out the form on the website. I never heard anything from Ron's. After 6 business days I called and asked what the status was of getting an appointment. He proceeds to tell me he does work with that insurance company even though it's listed on his website. Now I wasted 6 days waiting on him when I could have been trying to find someone else to replace. Maybe communicate what insurance companies you do work with better.
From the first call to install had great service. Had Ron put a new windshield in my 1964 Impala ss, he was professional, prompt, reasonably priced. If you need glass installed , Ron doesn’t disappoint!!!!
I had a tree limb fall and break my back window of my car, I called Ron and he was out there the following day to replace it. Incredibly fair pricing and just a stand up guy who does solid work. I’d be confident in referring him to anyone in need of glass replacement in their vehicle.
I called Ron’s Auto Glass when the windshield on my 1982 Mustang need replaced. Ron was prompt in his responses and was able to source a brand new windshield for me . Ron was on-time for our appointment and did a great job installing the windshield. Everything was cleaned up and completed right. I will use Ron again and recommend him for any automotive window repair in the future.
