The receptionist/front desk staff was incredibly rude—from phone interactions to in-person encounters. Highly unprofessional. There seemed to be no real organization or proper booking system, and I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. On a positive note, the mechanic himself seemed competent and provided professional, personable communication. However, I decided not to move forward with the repairs given the overall poor service, wouldn’t sit right with me. I still wish them well as a local business in Holyoke.
Great service at great prices. The job is always done correctly with a fast turnaround. I highly recommend this shop for your auto needs.
I called to get a price on a brake job and before I could ask all my questions, which was 2 questions, the dude hung the phone up. Horrible customer service. They could have gained a customer instead they made me never want to go there and give them my money
