These people are crooks. Be very wary. Our refrigerator stopped working. They charged us $160 to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. Then they made us buy a new fan for $190. Then they charged us $160 to install the fan. They told us the fridge now worked. In fact, when I checked, it did not work. They then pretended to come back to fix it, but did not actually com. These people are crooks. Avoid!

Very friendly on the phone, when you finally speak to someone. They take forever to return calls. Finally spoke to someone last Wednesday and explained the problem, he said he would order the needed part and it would be in on Friday or Monday and he would give me a call. No call by late Monday so I called back and left another message. Same thing on Tuesday. He finally called on Wednesday and had the part and said he would come between 11:30 and 1:30 on Thursday. Called Ron to have my dryer fixed paid 122.58 it worked for 2 weeks then broke.. the same problem happened again. Ron's brother came out this time to fix no charge, within 3 days it broke again. Called for another appointment got excuses and now, no shows and no calls. All while this was happening my dad was going through the same thing with them as well. Will be reporting to the BBB as well. This is not how you run a business.
