There car wash is awful. Literally my car does not look like I just went through the car wash whenever I go here. I have to clean it myself with their spray bottles and towels. Ridiculous.
I appreciate the free car wash but when I slipped and fell at your establishment I was not acknowledged and I have reached out via email and received no reply I was helped up by 2 nice gentlemen. I sustained a severe back injury and hematoma on my leg. The staff didn’t acknowledge me either.
First time using, attendants were great, lots of soap so I was surprised that my vehicle was not as clean as I expected. I didn’t bring to attendants’ attention and prob should have so I could have gone through again. Had cold stuff in the car and needed to get home. Will try again. The entrance and exit is on the same side - but there are arrows and signs. Looks like a good set up.
Love this place nice gentle car wash. The premium wash is nice if you can afford it
