If there were more than 5 Stars then I would give them to Scott at Ronny’s he has gone above and beyond to ensure my visit was appreciated. He has included some research to assist me and for first time in much too long a time I feel seen and appreciated as a customer. If anyone needs a recommendation here it is. I love the car wash, and all of the additional resources (i.e. vacuums, air hoses, mat cleaning, rags being available, etc.). The only reason I rated this as a four-star is navigating in and out of the facility. The footprint is too small, and as the car wash becomes more popular it continues to get more difficult to get in and out. Exiting the car wash tunnel is also challenging in such a narrow turn to the right if someone else is coming in at the same time. The staff and facility are awesome.The car wash is efficient and the vacuum area is always clean and well stocked with all you need to keep your vehicle in top shape.Ronny's is the best I've used.Thankyou for your quality facility.I always recommend Ronny's to my friends and family!
I like the convenience of my location at Grelot and Hillcrest; however, the site is typically crowded with persons vacuuming and cleaning their interiors for free and dumping large quantities of household trash. We were also over charged for the family price which should have been an additional $5 but instead went from $25 per month to over $50. Love it here. I moved to Semmes and kept my membership here because the people are so nice and they never have an attitude. Also, the vacuums always work and they're not weak.
