I have been using this car wash for 2 years in the Ensley area. Never have I had any issues and complaints until Thursday 10/09/2025. The attendants are always mannerable but there have been times where I’ve had no guidance on the conveyor belt and Thursday was that day. I didn’t notice the damage until afterwards while getting gas. I have been calling the contact number to speak with a human but all I get is a virtual operator. I'd like to give a shout out to Jayden for a job well done. He is professional and thorough. He prepped my car by thoroughly spraying the car and gave it a good brush too.
Horrible experience! I’ve been a monthly member since they opened. Young kid working was completely unprofessional after I asked if he could turn on the water to the water mat cleaner. He then gave me a very nasty attitude and called me rude. Only today trying to get a fresh wash, my account had been permanently deleted. Unbelievable.
