Dr V is an excellent doctor, he is compassionate, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have been a patient at McLean Boston) which is the top hospital in US for psychiatric care. I find Dr V to be as top notch as doctors at McLean. So happy my neurologist recommended him.
Dr V and I work together referring patients. All of the patients he has sent me adore him and feel he really listens and is quite the expert when it come to brain health, and how the chemicals in your brain work. He does not over medicate! When I send a patient to him, they come back to me and tell me they 'love him' and he was so knowlegeable, helpful with years of experience. He is one of the only psychiatrists I will work with in Naples!

I was with Dr. Valenzuela for about a year-year and a half. He has been the most empathetic, understanding, caring psychiatrist I've ever had. I never felt rushed in our appointments, or like he was trying to push medications. I really felt like he listened, and provided clear and honest direction.
I refer my patients to him because he is a very solid psychiatrist. He has a wealth of knowledge about your brain and what might be a problem. All my patients adore him and feel very much at ease and they do not feel he over medicates. He is a great doctor and works well as a team for our patients.
Dr V is a colleague of mine and he is amazing! All my clients come back to me and say " He is awesome, understood my situation and was a huge help" Highly recommend him.
The best psychiatrist I have ever had. Every so often I have an episode and Dr Ronnie Valenzuela zeros right in to mitigate the disorder. He suggests that meds are only part of the regime. The rest is up to you to work it out and not get dependent on medication. This Doctor will challenge you.
