I have been in my town home for 2.5 years and I am STILL WAITING for Ronning to fix items from my initial walk thru as well as items I sent them. One of their employees came over, acknowledge ALL of the issues were in need of correcting/repairing and I have not heard back. Once you sign the papers and they get there money, you are no longer in the drivers seat. You are ignored!
I bought a townhouse from Ronnie earlier this year I made the mistake of going back to the same company that I blame myself for. When we did the initial walkthrough I had a real estate agent come with me and a friend and the ceiling fan in the living room was not working they said they would turn in a service request and get it fixed before I moved in. 4 months later no service request was ever sent in and it took me making phone calls to running an the electrical company that does the fan to get it finally fixed. I moved into a townhouse earlier this year. Several of the items on the check-off list have not been fixed. One of the items a ceiling fan was only fixed because I had to do their job by contacting the company which never received a service request which should have been sent in 4 months earlier. Another example is the back door was indicated to be replaced in the January walkthrough and here it is now June and it still has not been replaced and now they're telling me I need to send in a service request to get it replaced bu... read more
Several years ago I bought a home from Ronnie and I have nothing but problems with it especially customer service. Six months after I bought the home I was still waiting for my garage door kept being told it was on backorder found out it was actually never ordered. Then I waited all summer kept being told there was no Sod available but yet the company that Ronnie does there's sod work with told me they had sought all summer and they have been doing side work for running all summer I haven't lied to all summer.
