Their webpage claims, “RIDERS HUMBLY SERVING OTHER RIDERS…” However, when I, an African-American FEMALE, pulled up 75 minutes prior to closing no less, I was not served at all. I requested a simple front tire change and explained mine was worn down to the white meat. The gentleman responded, “we’re about to close” and “we only work on Harley’s”. I had a similar experience as others here. I also purchased a motorcycle from this business on February 13 and paid cash. I was provided a bill of sale, but I still have not received the title. Since then, I’ve been given multiple excuses with no resolution. At this point, this is becoming a serious issue. If anyone can recommend a good attorney who handles issues like this.
