Loved the fact that it is family business. Love our home. Service stinks. Called about crack in living room on seam. They blame Jacobsen & Jacobsen blames them. 1 1/2 years later, crack is getting worse, spread down wall. Plus almost every doorknob in house broke. Complaints unresolved.
