I had what I thought was a routine oil change in Nov 2025. Found out in July 2026 that the bolt was over tightened and that I should return to Ronnie White’s because forcing it off would likely result in major damage and Ronnie White’s would be responsible. That happened. The response from Mike O’Hara was “things happen”. This “thing”cost me over $700 to fix. It seems like OVERTIGHTENING is a problem with them. Very disappointing that they don’t stand behind their mistakes.
Honest, the best way I can explain it
Had my Honda Passport Serviced. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great prices and most of all great work. ( They also stand behind any service done to your car)
