liars, bought a truck posted with 114k miles, got home and did oil change surprise it has 217k
Went to get my tire fixed on 7/13/25 and the guy who fixed it did not fix it correctly. I called and spoke to the owner and he asked if I could come back within 10 mins, I told no I could in 20 mins. and he said they would closed to come the next day. I told this guy I couldn't as I was traveling and wouldn't be able to return the next day that it needed to be fixed the same day as the tire wouldn't keep air. They put a tire on my car that same week that tire blew out i ended up having to get a mobile mechanic come out and they charged me $300 to get me up and going with a new tire at 2 a.m. I called Ronnies to maybe see if they would atleast fix me up with a tire for my spare and of course he says "i only warranty the tires for a week" i had told him it hadnt even been on my car for a week. Wir waren vor ca. zwei Wochen dort, nachdem der rechte Vorderreifen unseres Leihautos nach zu vielen Schlaglöchern auf unserem Roadtrip Luft verloren hat. Als wir Montagmorgen ankamen, haben sie sofort unseren Reifen getauscht und alles hat prima funktioniert. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße aus Berlin!
