I wish I could give far less than a star. I am very disappointed and displeased with the realtor Cynthia Tatum. She lacks ethics and professionalism. When I called about one of her homes, she told me that the house belonged to an investor and not to worry because he wants to sell the house and was going to fix any repairs in the house. The day prior to view the home, Cynthia Tatum increases the house 15,000 and tells me it’s because the investor is going to fix the repairs and that it costs money.
