In the middle of the summer, they came out on time, and repaired my HVAC unit. They did a great job. Timely, professional, pleasant, explained exactly what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again. Great people.
The tech has the personality of a rock. He lied and told the warranty company they there was a pre existing condition on an air conditioner. He told us it was due to its age. He said he foxed it. 20 monda later it went out and he came back and did nothing except feed us a line of crap. Useless !!! If you want your warranty company to cover something do call or let them assign you to this company.
It took a long time going through insurance. Nothing to do with them. Finally we have air! Great job. Highly recommend.
Ronnie came and assessed the issue I reported. I told him that Service Champions wanted to charge 38K to replace the AC, replace all of the duct and replace the outside fan motor for the condenser. Come to find out, the outside fan motor is still in great shape and just needed a new capacitor and the blower motor in the AC unit in the attic needed to be replaced. That was it! ⭐ 0 STAR — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My downstairs AC went out, and my home warranty company sent Ronnie Jones AC & Heating. Ronnie, the owner, came to my home, and within about 20 seconds—without touching or opening anything—told me debris around the unit was why my AC wasn’t blowing cold. The problem? HE WAS LOOKING AT THE WRONG AC UNIT. The unit he “diagnosed” was my upstairs AC, which was working perfectly fine.
