Amazing service! Quick repair to our A/C unit, and went over and above the original service call to fix a few other incidentals that he noticed. Also gave helpful advice on how to run our A/C to prolong its life span. I’ll never use anyone else.

Not recommend! Requested service 11/24 for my heater thru my American Shield Home warranty. The technician advised that needed a new gas valve and would need to order. About 3-4 days later the tech arrived to change out. All was working when he left, but didn't need to use the heater at that time because the weather was good. In 1/25 I started using the heater, lasted 3 days and quit working. When I went to reset the gas valve I noticed that the connection leads where compressed against the door panel and apparently shorted ... read more
