If I could give a negative rating I would. Not impressed with the service I received from this person/business. We (family) were looking at buying a home (manufactured) that we did upgrades to and had built custom. Ya right a mobile home custom.go figure. Anyway we did some upgrades to the house (changed the exterior wall from 2x4 construction to 2x6 exterior walls. Changed the floor joist from 2x6 construction to 2x8 floor joist. Nothing cosmetic because the house was already tape and textured throughout from the manufactur... read more
