Michelle was a fabulous server. When I was uncertain about a menu choice, she brought me a sample - and sufficient to make a determination! The food was reasonably priced, utterly delicious, hot from the kitchen, homemade (oh the bread!!), and amply portioned. Service was friendly, efficient, drinks never hit empty and yet she was never a nuisance. Atmosphere quaint, quiet, music audible but not intrusive and appropriately German. A definite winner on all levels and return trips guaranteed.
Perfect spot for a quick lunch before touring Amana. Wonderful service. Nice ambiance. Tasty food and read priced. I recommend!

Schnitzel, Bavarian chicken, Reubens, Millstream beverages, chocolate pie, coconut cream pie, just a few faves. Plus a warm welcome and excellent servers. What's not to like?
Ryan our server was quick effeinent knowledgeable about the menu. We both had the Chicken and the Schnitzel Platters, and their where amazing. Make sure you get the fried potatoes. Just out of this world. Don't forget the Apple and fruit berry pie. Our of this world. Yumyum.
