extremely arrogant and rude

Ronna is very good at what she does! My skin looks amazing. My husband comments about my skin often and he NEVER does that! I've had several micro needling treatments with steel needles in the past and was swollen, bloody and very uncomfortable for three days after each treatment. Then I found Ronna.
