Joseph was a great representative for your company. He is Personable and helpful, and was concerned for our needs. He also took the time to consult and offer further heating services if we decide to pursue them for the future. If we get a new furnace and a heat pump from you , it’s because he took the time to suggest.
Your technician Joseph did a wonderful job on the service of my Lennox Furnace. He went the extra mile in my opinion by not only servicing the unit but verifying the intake and exhaust venting was secure and adjusting for the most efficient settings as well as verifying the moisture outlet was working properly. Excellent service. Thank You.
PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish with the team at Ronk.
