Víctor the owner of Ronin Development is in my opinion the only decent and competent GC left in S. Fl . He stepped in to help us after some incompetent idiot ran with the finances for doing a detached building construction. Victor came to our little project to help us as he is just a good person as this was not the caliber of the huge jobs that he usually undertakes. He has to clean up a huge mess of mistakes done from a foundation 2 feet low and incorrectly placed tie beams. This was more hazzle that money was worth it to h... read more
