I went with my daughter for her birthday. They were very rushed and pushed us thru to pick a color. My daughter didn’t even get to pick I found out later. They asked her what color and then chose for her. When all was said and done I paid and tipped (20%) and they told me I did not tip enough and said they needed more. I did not give them more. My daughter nails didn’t last 7 days before the ANC fell off of her nails. I have never experienced that before. And have never experienced anyone demand more tip.

Would not recommend and won’t be returning. The photos of my sister-in-law’s blue nails speak for themselves, and when she went back, she was told it was because of the bad lighting. Two days later and our $60 gel pedicures are chipped.

My friend and I came in for specific services, but the entire experience felt like we were constantly being pressured to spend more money. Throughout our appointment, we were repeatedly encouraged to add extra services, upgrades and things we didn’t want making it very uncomfortable, despite us making it clear multiple times what we wanted.When it came time to pay, we left a tip. This is not the nails i asked for but we still tipped and payed our $70! They chased us for a tip when we walked out the door! The first photo is what we asked for and the second is what we got! The red was just supposed to be blue.
