Rude
Incompetent doctor, cannot explain anything accurately. Went in for a lump on my suspected thyroid only to be told that was my lymph node-which my cancer had already metastasized to. Never wanted to biopsy my lymph node. Told me they “never really know for sure” whether you have cancer or not. Said her office would not be calling me with my test results. Front office staff lost my paperwork after it was hand delivered to them-but conveniently raved about the cookies that were delivered alongside my paperwork. Incompetent, fr... read more
Dr Guo is the absolute worst provider I have ever been to. She did not listen to me regarding my symptoms and did not want to order me labs because "labs wont change in 9 months" and because "she was going on vacation". She was more worried about her vacation than providing decent patient care and should not have a medical license. I came here to get help and couldn't even get the time of day from her. WORST doctor EVER!!!!!
