I do not recommend this dr, my son has had an ear infection&ruptured ear drum and urgent care and the hospital both recommended to see an ent. The first interaction with him was very standoffish. My son was scared the ear sucker would hurt, and was worried about getting it done, this man in front of my child said oh i’ll refer you out to the children’s hospital so they can just tie him down and get it done and over with. No over bookingThorough examination Always friendly and professional
Dr. Rondinella was attentive, kind and very professional. Pomptly diagnosed my problem after examining the pain in my throat and both ears. He prescribed ear drops and an antibiotic because it was of bacterial in nature. I would recommend him highly since he saw me on short notice! I will never forget his kindness and his follow up!
He runs his office like a factory. He is one of worst doctors I have ever seen. He doesn't't have any respect for his patients. He hurt me when in took some wax out of my ear. I would not recommend him to anyone. The worst.
Dr. Rondinella is a poor communicator. His has a lackadaisical dismissive attitude. He doesn't explain what he sees during his examinations, he just prescribes medicine and offers test. I had to ask him on my first visit did he see swollen glands. and he just responds with, "yeah", with very little explanation. During the follow-up visit he didn't even exam my glands, he offered a hearing test. I had to ask him, why a hearing test? Did he see something in my ear? I’ve seen the negative reviews and don’t agree. I believe he does listen but also that most people who present there have illnesses that I think he’s trained enough in to decipher what the patient is saying and what he is seeing which makes the visit faster.
Every Dr appointment should be so easy. He gathers your information, checks out your symptoms and addresses concerns, very impressed.
Did not listen at all. Frontsman for hearing test I do not need! And PT that I had stated has not worked in six months. Saw at least seven patients in less than thirty minutes. Just sends you elsewhere. Waste of time. No one cleaned exam room between patients. Ignored clear report of sinus issues, swallowing issues. Totally disinterested but not rude. Waste of time and hurts ears with his one minute exam. Receptionists nice enough. Maybe he should have a hearing test as he is not listening or deaf.
Worse dr I ever seen I was in with him maybe three minutes I have been dealing with a ear issue for over 10 years couldn’t tell me what was wrong when answer any my questions just ignored me he suction to my ear I said what is that he said I’m pulling out debris I am so upset with this doctor his bedside manners are very poor
