I had a house fire 3/26/2021 and my insurance company recommended Rodell Restoration. I was skeptical at first due to reviews. I went ahead and met with the company and Jeff came out. We spoke about all the repairs that was needed and the length of time to complete the job. This review is long overdue. RonDell did an excellent job restoring my home and flooring from water damage. Our project manager was Adrian and he was fantastic! He was responsive and communicative. He worked very well with our insurance provider and got all necessary work approved by them. Adrian was patient and thoroughly explained everything from beginning to end and in between. RonDell was recommended to us by our our home insurance provider to renovate a bathroom from the late 60's or early 70's which had issues such as water damage, lead, mold, and asbestos. Nathan, who handled our case, couldn't have been better. There were so many random issues, delays, and setbacks throughout the entire process...none of which were their fault. My mother passed away and when I brought the realty photographer in to take pictures for the house sale, we opened up the house to find a slab leak...dry wall soaked and hardwood floors ruined! Austin was great in coordinating all of the work that had to be done to get the property back to selling condition. He was in constant communication with myself and the insurance company. They did a great job in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic! I would highly recommend RonDell Restoration!
