I have always loved everyone at this practice including Dr. Roncone but had a different hygienist today who had me splitting blood clots and on the verge of crying after a cleaning. I was unable to eat dinner due to how sore I was.
The best experience I have ever had.(most often dreaded appt.) Dr.Roncone, Lonnie and entire staff, professional, friendly and very efficient. Explaining every process along the way. 84 years old and am thankful daughter referred me to this dental practice.
Caring doctor with really good tech for diagnosis and repair.
Good service, but instead of simple fillings which would have sufficed for a diagnosed cavity, Roncone knowingly decided to upsell me for a crown that my insurance didn't cover. Two months later I received an unexpected $1500 bill. Partially my own fault for being naive, but their lack of cost-transparency strikes me as predatory.
