Wish I could give them less than a star! Horrible customer service! Didn’t deliver when they said they would and when I called to complain they just kept hanging up on me.
Tony, who is the mechanic for this company came to my home today and it has been the most atrocious experience I've ever had. He came to service my oil boiler and did not clean the glass area and left all the soot in the chamber not vacuumed. Tony stated that he did not want to change the glass container because he did not have one to replace it, if it got broken.
