The staff at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, he did not give me a chance to speak with the lawyer to help with notarizing a document. He was unclear on the phone so we came in person and it was an unpleasant experience.
Some of the reviews here don’t match my personal experience. I could not be happier. I had not been able to find a law firm to even reply to my request for a will in most cases. The two who had replied had exorbitant prices and one of them was very off-putting in their attitude. I was able to walk into Roncesvalles Law Office and immediately have all my questions answered. The person answering the phone is so rude. He yelled at me and hung up, in the middle of me asking a question about their services. It was shocking.
