I do not recommend this animal hospital. They were horrible to my kitty and me. The vet and attendants bedside manner was disgusting.
I was looking for an appointment for my unwell cat, and I am a new client. They booked me in the next day! The entire staff was wonderful, they were all very kind and explained everything very well. I am happy with this clinic and will continue to see them for my pet's future needs.
Absolute worst veterinary experience of my life. Watched one of the doctors scream at another owner in the waiting area and slam her hand on the counter during what seemed like an otherwise normal conversation while I was sitting in the waiting area.
I called the clinic late in the day and they told me to bring my pet in immediately they were so good with her and manage to solve the problem I’m so grateful that the clinic took her in right away and put my mind at ease I’m so glad I didn’t have to take her to an emergency clinic
An exceptional experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly welcoming during our dog’s first assessment appointment. Dr. Hana was compassionate and empathetic, taking the time to explain our dog’s diagnosis with patience, kindness, and genuine care. She also walked us through the treatment plan and explained how the medication works to ensure the best possible outcome. We truly felt supported and well informed throughout the entire visit. It was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this clinic.
