My cat, Mia is a new patient at the clinic. It was her first appointment yesterday and it was an incredible experience. (I note this because her previous vet was very disappointing and cared more about profit than the animals). The receptionists were personable and professional. Very caring staff! My cat Maxine and I were seen right on time of our appointment. Dr Kestelman is the best! So kind and efficient. She also gave excellent advice and resource recommendations based on my specific concerns.
The veterinarian truly takes the time to thoroughly examine your pet and clearly explain everything to the owner. You never feel rushed during the appointment, and there’s absolutely no pressure to buy unnecessary medications or treatments. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals and about providing honest, thoughtful care
