Beware - if you are planning on having Dr Ronan deliver your baby - just know that she has been sued for millions of dollars in the past for a botched delivery. She does not respect birthplans and even more concerning - her office does not respect patient privacy. Sit in her office waiting area for 5 minutes and you’ll see what I mean. Not only should you avoid Dr. Ronan, you should avoid Griffin Hospital at all costs if possible. Very nice and supportive listens to your concerns
Terrible customer service. The staff is rude and condescending. I had an urgent matter that needed to be addressed. It’s been over a week now and I’m still waiting for a call back. Very uncomfortable experience. Do not recommend this practice.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was in labor and delivery unit at Griffin Hospital. My contractions were 2-3 min apart and intense. Dr.Ronan comes in to do a cervical check. After she is done she rudely states “your not in labor you can leave, the only thing we can offer you is Vistaril which is an anxiety med. Mean while I’m in tears in excruciating pain 3cm dilated. I have been a patient of Dr. Ronan for over 14 years. She agreed to see me quickly, when no one else would, after I was discharged from another practice, in the midst of a serious issue. I literally was calling every provider, in the phone book. She is caring and listens thoroughly. She is on top of any issues, and orders tests and does referrals, as needed.
