Fantastic customer service
Update: I have taken my rings for a review with another local jeweller. The ring with the missing diamond CAN be repaired despite what was claimed by this business, and is currently being repaired at $200. The other ring is so badly damaged by this business, three quarters of the ring needs to be completely rebuilt as it had been reduced from 1.2mm to 0.7mm, at a cost of $600.
