The team at RY Builders & Co are second-to-none. At every stage of the process for building my first home, they communicated exceptionally well, were so friendly, and answered every question I had (which probably totalled over 500!). The whole process, starting with their inhouse design service, to planning and approvals, help with selections, then finally to site and build and handover, they were extraordinary. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience with RY while starting the process of building our first home. We encountered poor customer service, inflated costs, a very slow and complicated process, and we ended up losing money. We decided to switch to a better builder who restored our faith in the building industry and transformed the experience into an easy and enjoyable one.
They always build to the highest standard, super professional, can't recommend them enough. Well done Ronald Young, always a pleasure working with you.
