The.staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with Dr. Williams. He listened and answered all my questions and wasn't in a rush. He explained options to me I wasn't aware of and I was very happy to know that.
Great office staff, Doc is very versed in procedures that I might need. Answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.

I was a rescue patient having been refered to another doctor thru the Baylor Scott White system via the VA system. The first doctor refered to me did not acknowledge the referal thus I had to be refered to another doctor. Doctor Williams answered the call. Very professional, April his nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Williams explained very well what was going on and gave me some options to consider. It's early in the diagnosis but I am confident everything will turn out ok via Dr Williams advice.
Had quite a wait but staff and Dr.Williams were very courteous and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him for all your needs in his area of expertise.
