I was a rescue patient having been refered to another doctor thru the Baylor Scott White system via the VA system. The first doctor refered to me did not acknowledge the referal thus I had to be refered to another doctor. Doctor Williams answered the call. Very professional, April his nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Williams explained very well what was going on and gave me some options to consider. It's early in the diagnosis but I am confident everything will turn out ok via Dr Williams advice.
Had quite a wait but staff and Dr.Williams were very courteous and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him for all your needs in his area of expertise.
I am disappointed in this office particularly Dr. Ronald Williams. It took me months for me to see him. I had one appointment, my husband came with me. It was a little weird but I scheduled another appointment. I took off work and arrived early and I was never seen by him. I sat in the office for 2 hours and never got seen by him. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They were willing to let me sit in the exam room well past their closing time. In addition, the scheduling clerk was rude and unprofessional.
