I have e been living with a stent Dr. William's put in me in 11/26 it's been 7 months of serious pain in a very sensitive place that isn't a good place for pain..period...before surgery asked about the pain ? he said. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your office. I had an appointment scheduled with the urologist, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below the level of professionalism and care I expected. Upon arrival, I was met by a receptionist whose demeanor was notably rude and dismissive. The.staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with Dr. Williams. He listened and answered all my questions and wasn't in a rush. He explained options to me I wasn't aware of and I was very happy to know that.
Great office staff, Doc is very versed in procedures that I might need. Answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.
