Great experience. Getting an appointment was fast, check in was easy, the staff was courteous and helpful, the nurses were too notch and professional, and Dr Williams explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice!
My appointment today was at 3 pm. It is now after 4 pm and I am still in the waiting room waiting to be called in to see the doctor. The doctor finally came in at 4:50 pm. I like him as a doctor but the waiting time is absolutely unacceptable.

I have e been living with a stent Dr. William's put in me in 11/26 it's been 7 months of serious pain in a very sensitive place that isn't a good place for pain..period...before surgery asked about the pain ? he said. "I won't feel a thing".meaning him...its like having a rod in your butt poking inside out I cant walk, sit or lay down just have constant pain and NO pain meds just otc.to top it all off.. when I asked for a letter to show I have been unable to work for the last 7 months, plus have another surgery coming up.. Exelent doctor...great office and support team. His staff was triple checking what side, etc....The process was professional, you can tell they do it a lot...
