Attentive & Caring
Brought my 94 year old Dad here. Dr. Williams was very pleasant and patient with him. Receptionist and nurses very friendly also!
I was treated with the utmost respect from everyone involved. Everything was clean
Waited 2 months to get in and I am Blind in both eyes. When I showed up the desk clerk said you didn’t fill out the paperwork we mailed you we will need to reschedule you. If a customer of mine had an appointment I would have helped them throug filling out signing whatever. They have enough business I guess. No text prior to appointment didn’t have any info other than time and date. No email I guess they only lick stamps and Morse code you! The Dr could be good don’t know but their customer service skills need some work.
Dunno 'bout some of these negative reviews saying the Doctor was condescending. Maybe these people didn't take a shower or wipe their butt properly before their prostate exam, lol. That would irritate me for sure if I was a doctor.... I found Dr. Williams to be intelligent and caring. One is as important to me, as the other.....
