I was very impress with the way I was treated from the front desk to talking with (LARRY BRACCIO PA) HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME THE INFORMATING I WAS LOOKING FOR, HE WAS UNDERSTANDING AND DID HELP ME WITH WHATS GOING ON WITH MY BACK PAIN, ANSWERING QUESTIONS I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT . R Cook Cramerton ,NC
I would advise staying far away from Gilchrist and for that matter O Carolina. I went to Gilchrist and did not agree with his treatment which I guess upset him and he refused to sign my disability forms and got his people to kick me out of the clinic. OCarolina never asked me about my concerns with Gilchrist which basically shows they are not on the patients' side. I would look elsewhere. Gilchrist basically tells you how you feel instead of asking how things are. STAY AWAY!!

I have a long history of back difficulties and over the years had several spinal injections to help ease and manage the pain. Dr. Lazeski administered my most recent injection and I was impressed with the consultation, physical examination and procedure that was present at each stage of the process leading to the injection. Dr. Lazeski is a consummate and caring medical professional.
This place is an absolute joke! It is not physical therapy but a front for a money making scam on insurance companies. After 2 visits ( giving them a second chance after 4 visits last year and kicking myself for that decision) I cancelled the rest of my visits and requested a referral to a different pt. They then charged my insurance for 2 additional visits which I will file a complaint on. I had 2 surgeries on my ankle in one year and have major scar tissue and very limited range of motion. This is the location by LKN regional hospital. Six visits, was starting to make progress and the PT sat me on a on a disc to build my core.I mentioned my leg was going numb and then my foot; she kept me there till the ex was complete. I progressively got worse through the day and into the next day. I emailed the PT and was shocked at their response. It caused me to have to get another spinal injection (I am self pay). I was refused service because I refused to wear a face mask. Meanwhile, the 2 front desk office staff were sitting there with their masks half pulled down. Stop with this nonsense! This is complete virtue signaling. I can shop and fly mask free but my ortho (who is just looking at my arm btw) won't see me without a mask? Enough is enough! Let people choose for themselves! Stop trying to police everyone!! I'll take my freedom thank you. You will NOT get my business!
