My experience with Dr. Smith was not awful, but it was not extremely helpful. Appointments are difficult, and I attribute that mostly to the terrible office staff. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and honestly the reason I no longer see this doctor. Dr. Smith takes time to talk through your case with you but is truly looking for the right medication...that seemed to be the only goal, find the pill that works. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
