I've been to a legit ENT before, and sir you are severally lacking in skills. Your bedside manner isn't lacking, it's completely missing from the equation. And oof 3.1 stars outta 5 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that's embarrassing for you. I know why now.

This office staff and probably the Doctor also has a total disregard for a patients minimal comfort while waiting for staff to return from lunch and resume seeing patients. My experience was a very small closed off waiting area with nearly every single overhead light burning. I suggested to the desk clerk to turn some of the lights off as to not put off so much heat into a small area for the patients sake, I was responded to with indifference and a devil may care attitude. Not a fan of Dr. Shashy. He comes across arrogant, pompous and as he is superior to others. I was referred to Dr. Ahn but when I checked in I was assigned to Shashy. I was tested for sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP. Waited weeks only to find out the Rx was never faxed. I eventually get the machine. I can’t use it, so I return it in a week. All the while I have been scheduled a 6 week follow up appointment for a machine I only had for a week. Dr. Shashy is a great doctor! Also Peyton & Dr. Shashy’s PA, Michelle, were fantastic and Michelle had impecable client communication during my appt! Thank you for a pleasant experience.
