Dr. Powell is amazing! Excellent bed side manor and he explains every medical issue in a language a normal person can understand! Office staff also excellent!
I have been going to Dr Powell for 20 years . He is the best! I drive from Enterprise Alabama to Pensacola Fl for all my GI problems which are many. I recommend him to everyone!
Dr. Powell himself is a very good doctor however, his office staff and nurse is horrendous at returning phone calls. I had active rectal bleeding and the office never called us back about it. Will never go to his office again.
In all the years my wife and I have been seeing him he has done very little to solve our problems. You get better advice from his assistance's. He even one time told me I was welcome to find another doctor - very professional.
Dr. Powell is simply the best!! His staff and the surgery center staff agree with me that he is a wonderful physician & person. I've had two procedures handled by him after using other Pensacola providers for 8 years. My family and I will never use any other now. May he never retire!
I have been visiting Dr. Powell for several years now. He saved my life in the early 1990's and I am thankful for his knowledge and capability every day. He has always taken my condition seriously and taken time to obtain the knowledge needed to deal with a very complicated condition. I would certainly recommend him and his office to anyone needing this kind of doctor. Thumbs up to Dr. Powell.
