This doctor is in my Blue Cross Blue Shield NetWork Blue (FRU- no refferal needed) network. Marsha, front office stated a new patient visit wasn't availabe until June. Although I was in pain - I said, that's fine. Instead of making the appointment, Marsha then proceeded to interrogate me, 'diagnose' me over the phone, question me about my insurance over and over again, and tell me to go find a primary doctor - despite already having a recommendation by a doctor to see a gastroenterologist. Dr Roth has a great sense of humor! He explained everything to me that I needed to know on how to prepare for the procedure. The actual procedure was done at a different location. He came out after the procedure and showed me a color photo of the pollup he removed and happily answered all my questions. The staff were all professional and friendly.
