I visited Sudarshen and saw dr Richardson . The staff was okay, but the wait was unacceptable, over 3 hours. This is not the first time i have to wait this long and it’s extremely frustrating. Waiting that long shows a serious problem with scheduling, and it needs to be addressed. Patients time should be respected. If this continues to happen, it is time for me to go somewhere else. Thank you, Johnny Aguilar .
I am very grateful to the staff who took my call and did their best to get me in. I was in extreme pain. Dr Richardson explained what was going on and right away they did what had to be done Today I am feeling much better. I will be going back for a follow up…
I like that are very organized and prompt to make sure your seen. Not like other offices the set an appt at a certain hour only to wait 3 hours to be seen.
