Mrs. Nancy J. Consolo Went to Dr. Rays office starting in 2002 and had quite a bit of work done in his office. The end result is not something I'd wish on my enemy. I'm very upset at the outcome and I'm financially, emotionally and physically upset about the follow-on work that a different dentist is now doing to correct the situation. The new dental work that's being done is approximately 29K and I feel Dr. Ray should have stepped up to the plate initally and corrected the problem before it got to this point. A Really Great Dentist, A Really Great Office I have been going to Dr. Ray for a few years now, and each time I visit his office, I feel like I was with a real pro. He is a dentist that not only cares about my teeth and their well-being, but someone who treats me very respectfully. Great Dentist I have been a patient of Dr. Ray since the opening of his Ashburn practice. I have always felt comfortable with Dr. Ray and his staff, they are totally professional. The office is clean and the staff friendly. I have continued to go to Dr. Ray's office even after moving my family to Prince William County several years ago. It is an hour's drive but I feel it is worth it for me and my family. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and answers all of my questions. AN OUTSTANDING DENTIST WHO CARES I have been a regular patient of Dr. Ray since mid-year 2002 and have been repeatedly amazed. His staff is very friendly and I am comfortable going to his practice for routine maintenance and checkups. In the few instances when I have been in need immediate attention, Dr. Ray has personally taken a proactive approach to managing pain and resolving the problem as fast as possible. I highly recommend Ronald Ray DDS PC to anyone.
