The worst administrative staff I've ever had to encounter in medicine. I complained about their rudeness and unprofessionalism then I gave them another chance, which ended up being a mistake. I've learned that they care more about money than actually helping people. Instead of being a place of healing, positive therapy, and optimum mental health, they became a source of anxiety, intimidation, and fear in how I was treated.
