Dr. Ronald is a wonderful vet and has taken care of my pets for many years. He has excellent judgment and is very skilled and compassionate. The staff is caring and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.
First off, I live in Evanston and travel all the way to Buffalo Grove for my dog to be taken care of. I think that says enough. There are two reasons for why this place gets 2 stars: 1.) my dog has been seizure free for at least 2-3 years and 2.) dr. Carlson and the lady who has the red hair and an older woman are the only nice and competent people here. Every other associate is either rude or incompetent.
