Worked with realtor for close to a year reviewing ML so he’d know what I was looking for when I arrived to purchase a home. When I arrived he had 8 homes to show me the first day. When I asked what we’ll be seeing the second day he had NOTHING. Fortunately I did his job and asked to see homes I’d found. I ended up purchasing a home I found. I have used Kyle Dabritz at Coldwell Banker Select to purchase four properties. I purchased a house and a separate parcel in Washoe County and two more parcels in Pershing County. He acted very quickly on all requests. He was careful to remind me of signing deadlines in order not to time out on purchases.
