Note, this is in reference my my 92 year old grandpas appointment. RUDE STAFF! Contacted the office on March 14 to schedule a cataract consult with doctor Brown. After being on hold for several minutes, I got through. The person who was scheduling had difficulty with all parts of the call from finding the referral to comprehending a birthday. She confirmed we had an appointment set (first available) for June 11. The following week, got a text from them to schedule my appointment. Then the following week, I got another text t... read more

Beware they will charge you 3 more times after the visit by creating new ideas and writing new bills 3 months after the visit , trying to make money from patient!
If I could have gave ten gold stars I would have! The staff and Dr. Brown are awesome and I felt completely relaxed. my vision out of my right eye is perfect now. Thank you!
